Nissan Intelligent Key Programming Instructions
- To get started with your Nissan Intelligent Key programming, step inside your car with the key, then lock the doors.
- Insert the key in the ignition, but don’t turn it over. Instead, remove the key. Repeat this step approximately six times, but you may find it takes up to 10 times. When the key has been accepted, your hazards will flash twice.
- You are now in program mode. At this point, you’ll need to put the key back in the ignition. Turn the key to activate, but do not start the vehicle fully. Your vehicle’s electronic components should turn on.
- Act fast: press any button on your Nissan Intelligent Key quickly, and immediately.
- Now test out the key. Walk a good distance away from your Nissan, and click the buttons on the key. If your lights flash or the horn beeps once, you’ve successfully programmed your Nissan Intelligent Key!
- You should also test the key in close proximity to your vehicle. Step up to your Nissan, and open your door. You shouldn’t need to press any buttons.
